The ancient Egyptians are renowned for their knowledge of cosmetics and fragrant ointments-with their most famous herbal preparation being "Kyphi," which was a multipurpose spiritual blend of 16 ingredients. In fact, evidence from Ancient Egypt tells us that aromatic oils were likely being used before 4500 B.C. Keep in mind that this isn't a new practice, as scented cosmetics have been used for ages. Well, it can actually be an aromatherapeutic experience. The owners have used this logo in the past, and they like it. We are also inspired by old fruit crate artwork:ġ. Rainier, The Washington Apple, and Pacific Northwest inspired native art.ģ. We are very interested in tying this company to the area in which we do business: The Pacific Northwest. They tend a blissful garden in a far western corner of the world.Ģ. In Greek mythology, the Hesperides are Nymphs of the Sunset. It allows us to replace the word “Cannabis” with “Merchandise” or “Genetics” or “Training” in the future as we launch different sub brands, while still retaining the same overall look and feel.ġ. Hesperides Cannabis will also eventually launch into different verticals (besides just cannabis) and so placing the word “Cannabis” in a banner or ribbon underneath the main “Hesperides” wordmark works well for us. (Each label is different and unique to the brew or flavor, but the logo is involved in/placed within each design) Hesperides will produce several different strains, and we envision each being packaged with different artwork (almost like a brewery designs different labels for different beers) and the main Hesperides logo will be placed somewhere in each product design. We feel that something similar to the Elysian logo, only with the wordmark surrounded by marijuana leaves and marijuana buds (rather than hops and barley) would work well for us. We really like the logo for Elysian Brewery, and we’re looking for something similarly inspired:
